2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person is allowed
• Sharing account credentials is prohibited

3. Content Ownership

Regarding content you upload and generate:

• You retain ownership of uploaded content
• Paid plan users have full commercial rights to generated content
• Free plan is limited to personal, non-commercial use
• You grant us license to process your content to provide the service

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute service access
• Use automated tools to abuse the service

5. Payment and Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime
• After cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing cycle
• Refunds for unused credits are available within 14 days
• Credits roll over for up to 3 months on active subscriptions

6. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
